The Women’s Sat Nav to Success’ groundbreaking research identifies the full range of insights, strategies and behaviours that make the greatest difference to women achieving their career potential – they are the most potent enablers of success.

This is the first of our annual surveys that will provide a detailed picture of where women are against each of our enablers of success, focusing on how this affects their engagement with their employer and their desire for career progression.

Through this survey we will be able to define the agenda for positive change to bring career fulfilment to individual women across the UK. For organisations, this insight will be invaluable to help them recognise, support and progress more women in their workforce, enabling them to perform at their best.

The challenges that face women in the workplace can be both complex and subtle so it would be insulting to suggest that there are easy or obvious solutions.

This is why we need your help to identify the most significant opportunities for employers to make things better now. This survey asks you to do two things:

  1. To tell us about you – so we can understand what matters most to different ‘profiles’ of working women.

  2. To reflect on each of the enablers of success to let us know where you are against the range of options and what impact that has on your work now and your thoughts about your future career.

As the survey is not brief we’ve ensured you can pause and come back to it, so it can fit around your commitments.
