Diana is a leading authority on women in the world of work, the challenges they face, the reasons for these challenges and the most potent and practical solutions.

Her reputation is built on 20 years delivering exceptional commercial performance in front-line and senior management positions in global organisations and subsequently as a management consultant, coach, mentor, psychologist, pioneering researcher, social entrepreneur and author.

Diana created and led the Women’s Sat Nav to Success research programme to identify women’s critical strategies for success across a comprehensive range of workplaces and embedded them in the range of approaches you find here. So, now Diana’s focus is on using this unique foundation of knowledge to work with individuals and organisations to make inclusive gender diversity reality.

Jo Stansfield Associate Director

Jo Stansfield is an independent Diversity and Inclusion consultant, specialising in the technology and engineering domains. Alongside this, she works part-time as Director of People Data and Insights at a leading FTSE 100 technology firm. Jo holds a number of voluntary positions, including committee member of BCS Women, Fellow of AI ethics and audit charity, ForHumanity, and serves on the Industry Advisory Board for TechUp.

Jo began her career as an engineer, developing enterprise software for global industry, spanning oil & gas, automotive, aerospace and marine sectors. Having pivoted her focus from the technical to human dimensions of engineering, Jo now works as a Business Psychologist. She holds an MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology, with thesis research topic “Lessons for Gender and Racial Diversity within Technology”. She brings deep understanding of the engineering culture, and lived experience as a woman within it, to her work in support of diversity and inclusion in tech and engineering domains.

Dr. Lynn Roseberry Associate Director

Lynn is a graduate of Yale, Arizona State University, Harvard and Copenhagen Business School. She has over 20 years of experience working with gender and diversity issues as a lawyer, scholar, and leader. She held faculty positions at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) from 2001 to 2016, where she also served as Head of the Department of Law from 2009 to 2012, and was CBS’s first Equal Opportunities Officer from 2010 to 2016.

In 2016 she founded On the Agenda, a diversity consulting company based in Copenhagen. She created Mosaic, a business game designed to help managers and leaders explore diversity and inclusion dilemmas in a psychologicially safe environment.

She has published several books – including ‘Bridging the Gender Gap; Seven Principles for Achieving Gender Balance – and articles about anti-discrimination law and has been an invited speaker at numerous international research conferences, seminars and public events in the US, Europe and Scandinavia.

She is also a psychotherapist trained at the Copenhagen Gestalt Institute.

Gary Ford Associate Director

Gary core specialism is IT transformation and employee engagement, and he has a particular interest in the intersection between technology and diversity and inclusion. Previously, he was a Managing Director at JP Morgan, where he managed a number of enterprise-wide IT programmes.

In 2016, Gary co-founded JPMorgan’s male allies programme for Women in Technology which ultimately became a firm-wide network across the whole company. The group developed an inclusion workshop that has been run over 200 times across 6 countries and trained more than 2,000 allies.

He is the founder of Moonshot Consultancy Ltd and works with organisations around inclusion and is the male allies advisor for Women on the Wharf and co-founded Men for Inclusion. He is the author of The Accidental Sexist, alongside Dr Jill Armstrong and Stephen Koch.
