Cathryn, now on the senior leadership team, and in a positive culture

Having not worked with a mentor before, and usually being on the sceptical side of such things in terms of value, I cannot recommend her [The Women’s Sat Nav to Success] highly enough. Her warmth, empathy and experience allowed me to explore pivotal topics and make some clear decisions about what I needed to do to understand and enhance my strengths, which then allowed me to make some decisions about my career. She held me accountable when I found things challenging and made sure that we stayed on track to achieve an outcome.
That outcome has led to a job and company change and a greater understanding of what I want and how to get it. I now actively seek out mentors and have recently got back in touch with The Women’s Sat Nav to Success to help me navigate some new challenges.
