I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for your advice a couple of years ago, as it gave me the confidence to aim a bit higher in my ambitions, and ultimately shape my future within the workplace. I know I wouldn’t have done it without our chat! I am also using that advice to encourage my team, half of which are in their 20s and mostly female. I find it very rewarding seeing them progress.
