It’s given me the sounding board that I am missing in the organisation I work for, providing the missing puzzle piece in my development plan.
It’s helped me navigate intimidating tasks using strategic planning skills that I wouldn’t have learned elsewhere. It helps me navigate my round to a solution or positive outcome when a challenge in my career has seemed impossible to overcome.
