The challenges that face women in the workplace can be both complex and subtle so it would be insulting to suggest that there are easy or obvious solutions. However, our deep and detailed research has identified the most powerful portfolio of enablers of success.
Now we’d like you to help us understand which of these matter most to different profiles of working women and what impact they have on current job roles and future ambitions.
The result will be that we will be able to direct employers, professional bodies and policy makers towards the most significant opportunities to make real progress in delivering gender diversity – its benefits to individuals, to organisations and to the economy.
